The aerosol should be applied on perfectly clean, grease-free surfaces so that the film spreads well.
To obtain an even coating, hold the can between 25 or 30 cm from the surface to be treated and spray with a smooth back and forth motion. This produces a thin, even, anti-stick film.
Avoid any surplus, which might be detrimental to the moulded or injected material.
Frequency of spraying of the BLUESIL AEROSOL SIL JET will be determined by practice, depending on the complexity of moulds and the type of product moulded


This aerosol uses a propane/butane mixture as propellant gas, together with inflammable liquids as solvents.
It is essential to work in a well ventilated room during and after use of the product.
Smoking is prohibited during and after the operation.
Do not spray near a flame, an incandescent body or surfaces which could generate sparks (i.e. presence of electrostatic charges).
Do not pierce or burn after use.
THE BLUESIL AEROSOL SIL-JET SHOULD NOT BE EXPOSED TO SUNLIGHT OR TO A TEMPERATURE EXCEEDING .

Avoid discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground. Store in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation. Keep away from incompatible materials, open flames, and high temperatures. Nitrogen blanketing of containers is required. Avoid contact with oxidizing agents. Suitable containers: Steel drums coated with epoxy-resin.Please consult the Safety Data Sheet of this product.

This product is CFC free.
