It also means accepting our social responsibility, showing that we are a responsible chemical company with regard to the whole of society, the environment, local inhabitants, and our employees.
It is a question of making daily improvements to the management of natural resources. Actions are therefore being set up to reduce the environmental impact of our processes (reduction in discharges) and promote the reuse of our solid waste and/or its reduction.
The safety of our processes needs to be guaranteed across all our plants with optimum training of those holding this responsibility, and periodic independent auditing of our process.

Bluestar Silicones is therefore signatory to the UIC "Responsible Care" charter and is aiming for its gradual roll-out to all its subsidiaries around the world
